Our production processes – from steam cooking to manual filleting – completely exclude chemical substances, making our products easy to digest and extremely palatable. Our foods are completely free from added preservatives and colours, and are prepared using only the best cuts of meat and fish and natural methods.

with two species of tuna, which are not overfished and have already reached reproductive maturity, sourced exclusively by sustainable methods
